This is a 13 month fixed term contract role. As a Cash Equity Transactions Analyst in the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining transactions. Your ability to understand and apply artificial intelligence and automation technologies will be key in optimizing our transaction processes. With a developing understanding of market products, you will be able to navigate the industry practices and regulations, ensuring the smooth operation of our transaction management.

you will be responsible for supporting the Cash Equity from client onboarding to settlement. The Equity Operations team is responsible for client account set up, allocation, confirmation and settlement process for Cash Equity product.


Job Responsibilities:
•    Process, clear, and manage transactions, adhering to established procedures and ensuring high-quality standards
•    Support cash equity settlement including account set up, confirmation, settlement pre-matching
•    Support Futures & Options EOD daily process
•    Request account opening document to local custodian bank
•    Set up new trading account & sub account in local system 
•    Print out and prepare the Account opening package 
•    Check the completeness of account opening package and complete filing for soft copy and hard copy
•    Prepare the local regulatory reporting
•    Utilize knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize transaction processes and enhance client’s experience


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 
•    University graduate (Bachelor) 
•    Business Administration or Accounting major preferred
•    Strong English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal) 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft programs 
•    Basic Financial Knowledge
•    Team player and maintain a positive attitude
•    Good communication and influencing skills
•    Quick learner
•    Organized, motivated, and proactive, with willingness to take initiative
