Job description

  1. Customer (Wholesaler) management
  • Strategically manage and communicate business strategies to customer to achieve wholesale management goal.  
  • Regular and timely manage customer credit status (credit limit review, credit status monitoring, AR check and collateral) to prevent bad debts.
  • Establish strategically partnership with wholesalers to ensure seamless distribution to hospitals and pharmacies.
  • Manage written contract & price contract to set up wholesaler management policy  
  • Analysis market data through data, information collection through wholesalers
  • Cooperate and support to commercial team to maintain product code in hospitals through wholesalers
  • Process regular price-cut compensation and return products
  • Handle and deal with customer complaints.
  1. Sales closing data management & Commercial support
  • To-market & In-market data analysis and report to commercial team
  • Monthly sales closing report analysis and report
  • Monitor inventory status to support smooth distribution to hospitals & pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with commercial team for sales trend analysis.
  1. Logistics support
  • Support Order status, Inventory status etc.,
  • Return goods management & support return goods process.
  • Collaborate with SCM team for smooth distribution channel management.
  1. Document management
  • Support to establish Credit Policy, SOP and Procedure documentation.
  • Approval evidence management.


Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  2. Data analytical skills, skillful Excel
  3. Strong interpersonal & communication skill to internal & external customers.
  4. Experienced in SAP (MM module)
