Responsibilities

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

We’re seeking an analytically driven, and detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager (CSM) Intern to join our Content & Service Team. As a CSM, you will partner closely with Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers to drive revenue by identifying opportunities, leveraging data insights, and delivering consultative solutions for advertisers.

This role centers on client education, relationship growth, data analysis, and campaign success. You will provide strategic recommendations to both clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns achieve business objectives while optimizing long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong data analytics skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a test-and-learn mindset to uncover the best solutions.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Develop creative insights specific to TikTok to deliver working proposals to advetisers

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proactively recommending optimizations.

Perform competitive analysis on external platforms to identify industry trends.

Collaborate with Sales on pre-sale research, strategy, and pitch preparation.

Process and transform raw data into actionable team-level reports and “learnings” to improve campaign efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and resolve client challenges.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Must have already graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or completed all coursework and awaiting graduation).
  • Data-Fluent: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data processing/pivoting). Experience with other data analytics tools such as SQL is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data and translate them into marketing insights.
  • High Korean and English skill, both oral and written are required for internal and external communication.


Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests for key accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Passion for TikTok and building innovative solutions from the ground up.
  • High adaptability and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to learn and grow.
