Job Description
Purpose of the position
Service engineer is responsible for supporting customers for on-site installation, maintenance, PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection), and repair of BD Diagnostics instruments.

Responsibilities

1. Install and repair the BD instruments at Hospital.
2. Plan regular customer visits t deliver preventative maintenance on BD instruments (IVD Microbiology, Molecular, women health device)
3. Perform remedial maintenance on a nominated range of equipment in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
4. Maintain accurate service records through diligent and timely use of service reports and the customer database.
5. Discuss service requirements with customers and look for opportunities to sell service contracts.
6. Conduct market intelligence activities and provide feedback to Sr. Service Manager.
7. Routinely visit and maintain a good relationship with key customers.
8. Cooperate closely with relevant divisions.
9. Process an emergence call accurately and quickly.
10. Adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System as maintained by BD.

Job Requirements

1. 0~4 years of experiences
2. Major in electronic or Biomedical engineering
