• Responsibilities

– Blockchain ​Investment Platform ​Development

• Support ​development of ​a ​blockchain-based ​investment platform, including ​system ​design and implementation
• Assist ​with ​backend ​development (databases, APIs) ​and frontend ​web ​or mobile ​applications

– Smart ​Contracts ​& Integration

• Support development ​and testing ​of smart contracts for tokenized assets and DEX integration
• Assist with integration of external blockchain networks and wallet services

– Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with planning, design, and related teams to support prototype or service development

• Required/Preferred Qualifications

– Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

– Expected Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

   – Strong interest in blockchain technology and related products or investments

   – Experience in web, mobile, or blockchain (smart contract) development projects

   – Interest in learning new tech stacks and building rapid prototypes in PoC environments

   – Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset

   – Experience with AI agent–based development projects is a plus

대규모 기관 자산을 관리하기 위해서는 SOC2 Type II 및 ISO 27001 등 글로벌 보안 인증 수준의 통제력이 필요합니다. 특히 과거 다수의 월렛 사업자가 키 망실이나 해킹 등 침해 공격 대응에 실패하여 고객 자산 복구가 불가능했던 사례가 존재합니다.

금융기관으로서 자산의 가용성을 100% 보장하면서도, 비정상적인 트랜잭션을 실시간으로 감지하고 차단할 수 있는 ‘고신뢰 감사 시스템’과 ‘재해 복구(Disaster Recovery)’ 체계를 설계해야 합니다.

이에 다음과 같은 과제를 수행하고 결과를 제출해 주세요:

● HSM(Hardware Security Module)과 MPC(Multi-Party Computation) 기술을 혼합 활용하여 프라이빗 키의 탈중앙화된 보관과 백업을 동시에 만족시키는 DR(Disaster Recovery) 아키텍처를 설계하십시오.

[문제B] 계정 추상화(Account Abstraction)를 활용한 리테일용 지갑 UX 구현

증권사에서리테일 고객 확대를 위해 Metamask와 같은 Non-custodial 월렛 파트너십을 고려하고 있습니다.

리테일 고객은 소액 투자의 자율성을 원하지만, 복잡한 키 관리(Seed Phrase)는 사용자 경험을 저해하는 요소입니다.

전통적인 지갑의 Seed Phrase 분실 위험을 제거하면서도, 증권사의 MTS(Mobile Trading System) 환경 내에서 고객이 안전하게 자산을 관리할 수 있는 seedless 경험을 기술적으로 구현해야 합니다.

이에 다음과 같은 과제를 수행하고 결과를 제출해 주세요:

●  ERC-4337(Account Abstraction) 표준을 활용하여 Safe{Core} 또는 Metamask Snap 을 활용하여 소셜 로그인 및 가스비 대납(Paymaster) 기능을 제공하기 위한 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하십시오.

●  Safe의 스마트 컨트랙트 계정 방식과 MetaMask의 Snap 확장 프로그램 방식 중 하나를 선택하고, 해당 기술이 증권의 리테일 서비스에 더 적합한 이유를 기술적으로 비교 분석하고, 증권사의 MTS 에서 지갑 기능을 안전하게 연동할 수 있는 방안을 제안하십시오.
