Position: T&M Biz 본부 Sales Engineer (신입)
Role & Responsibilities:
- 고객대응 : 제품, 솔루션 상담, 견적담당, 계약 및 발주대응, 문제해결, 제품 납품 및 설치, 사후지원, 고객 관계유지 등
- 기술지원 : 제품 데모 및 제품 교육, 유지보수, 기술적 문제해결 등
- 시장조사: 시장 동향 및 트렌드 분석, 경쟁사 제품 분석, 잠재 고객사 발굴, 신기술 및 산업 파악, 과제 및 투자 파악, 제품 조사 등
- 내부업무 : 부서간 협업, 교육 및 트레이닝 참여, 고객 관리 및 보고서 작성 등
Qualification and Experience:
- 4년제 대학 이공계 학사 이상 (전기,전자, 제어계측, 컴퓨터 공학 등의 자연계열 전공 우대)
- 연구 개발용 계측 장비 및 시험기 관련 기본 지식 보유자
- 자동차 운전 면허 2종 이상 보유
- MS Office 중급이상 사용
- 국내/해외 출장 결격 사유가 없는 자
- (우대) 기흥 사무소 근거리 거주자
