Key Responsibilities

  • 기업금융그룹, 글로벌기업금융부 총괄 부행장의 PA로서 전반적인 Support 수행
  • 스케줄 관리 및 중요 프로젝트 전달 업무 수행
  • 중요 문서/회의 자료 준비, 작성, 정리 업무 수행
  • 고객과의 미팅 주선 및 예약 업무 수행
  • 부서 General Administrator로서의 각종 역할 수행
  • 직원연수(이러닝포함) tracking & report
  • Block leave 및 명령휴가 tracking & report
  • PC교체, 건강검진, 보고서 등 관리
  • Expense Report 작성


Qualifications

  • 국내외 stakeholder와의 능숙한 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 원만한 대인관계 / 팀웍을 이룰 수 있는 자
  • 우수한 컴퓨터 능력 – MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • 자료 분석능력 보유자
  • 정보보안정책에 의거 공/사적인 정보에 대한 기밀을 준수할 수 있는 자
