Job Purpose

반도체 설계 및 P&R(Place & Route) 자동화에 대한 EDA 소프트웨어 사용 경험과 TCL, Verilog HDL, 반도체 설계 지식을 갖춘 엔지니어를 채용하고 있습니다. 

Principal Accountabilities

• Floorplan
• Powerplan
• Place & optimization
• CTS (clock tree synthesis)
• Optimization before routing
• Routing
• Route optimization
• ECO work
• GDS out
• Physical Verification
• EMIR analysis 
• Low Power PnR
• Jitter Care

Qualifications

• Automatic P&R (place and route)과 physical verification을 수행하기 위한 EDA software의 이해
  • SW 종류: ICC2/Innovus/Aprisa, Calibre/ICV, StarRC, Redhawk or RedhawkSC
• P&R flow에 대한 각 단계의 개념 이해 
• Physical Verification에 대한 개념 이해
• EMIR에 대한 개념 이해
• EDA SW들에 대한 사용 경험 우선
• TCL (tool command language) 경험 우선
• 반도체 (ASIC/SOC) 설계 관련 과목 수강 경험 우선
• Verilog HDL 언어에 대한 경험 
• UPF (Unified Power Format)에 대한 이해

Other Requirements

[자격 요건]

• 4년제 대학 졸업 이상(학사 이상)
• 석사 학위 소지자 우대
• 컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어공학, 전자공학 및 반도체 공학 등 관련 전공 또는 관련 교육 이수자
• Block 단위 PnR 수행 경험 보유
• Sub TOP or TOP PnR 경험하신 분 (우대사항)
• RDL/BUMP, Interposer routing 경험하신 분 (우대사항)
