Job Description
MARKETING PLANS/ACTIVITIES
Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve optimum sales and profitability within company guidelines.
Main Activities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures and presentations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and internal guidelines.
- Process marketing expenses and ensure accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Handle pre- and post-event reporting for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) according to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, promotional activities, and post-event analysis.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SFDC and Veeva is a plus.
- Experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
