ResponsibilitiesPerformance Ad Operations Intern will go through 3 months of extensive training to become one of the most skilled Ad Operations specialists of TikTok Global Business Solutions (GBS). Training will include several rotations of campaign setting, data analysis, drafting documents, campaign optimization. Depending on the performance during the internship, the candidate is eligible for evaluation to full time employee conversion. Responsibilities Set up and cross-check auction ad campaigns through TikTok ads manager;Upload and manage creatives provided by client;Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize existing campaigns by adjusting bidding and shifting budget to achieve campaign's KPI;Build and grow relationships with accounts after receiving campaign approval and discuss specific details of campaign set-up through active communication;Conduct ad review and work together with client solutions managers to troubleshoot any ad campaign issues. Qualifications A fresh graduate or student who is available for a full-time minimum 3 months (preferably up to 6 months) internship contract;Has strong passion to become an advertising or performance marketing expert;Has a sales-oriented mindset that can contribute to the growth of TikTok sales team;Has strong interest in platform business and passionate about TikTok ad products;A self-starter with a proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly thinking of new ways for team growth;Communication skills with fluency in both Korean and English.
