An exciting off-cycle internship opportunity exists for a motivated, high performing final year student or fresh graduate to join our Corio team in Korea.

Corio’s global offshore wind business is responsible for the successful management and delivery of a pipeline of 20 GW of offshore wind projects, the origination of new opportunities and partnerships as well as the provision of asset management and advisory services to third party investors.

Corio was developed under the Green Investment Group and remains a subsidiary of Macquarie Group (Australia’s largest investment bank) so we have strong financial support to drive the business forward.

The Corporate Finance team focuses on utilising Corio’s balance sheet to construct and develop assets, build businesses and acquire opportunistic assets. You will sit side-by-side with business leaders in the team, learning on the job and making a difference by working on critical projects. You will have the opportunity to be engaged in the review and execution of investment opportunities, financial analysis and modelling, and preparation of presentation materials.

At Corio, we look for innovative, driven and talented students who share our drive for excellence. You will be a current full-time student with an outstanding academic record in banking, finance, business or a relevant discipline. Prior internship experience across Corporate Finance and/or M&A at a leading multinational bank, Big 4 consulting firm, asset management or private equity fund would be ideal. Exposure to the renewable energy sector would be a plus point.

Strong financial modelling skills would be extremely advantageous. Fluency in English and Korean is strongly preferred.
