What you’ll achieve
고객과의 접점에서Break-fix 이슈들을 처리하고, 이를 통해 비즈니스의 연속성을 유지하며 고객사의 안정된 인프라스트럭처를 유지하도록 지원하는 중추적인 역할을 하게 됩니다.
You will:
- 고객의기대치를설정하고, 고객사의복잡한문제들을해결하기위한 Point of Contact
- 이슈를해결하기위한트러블슈팅에대한 1차안내, 그리고해결이진행되는과정에서고객사와밀접한파트너쉽을형성하고, 보다선제적인커뮤니케이션이구현될수있도록함
- 최고수준의고객서비스실현
- 문제들의효율적인관리를통해 Operational Excellence 유지
- 같은목표를위한국내외Internal Stakeholder 들과의긴밀한협업
Essential Requirements
- 팀워크, 협업지향적인성격
- 우수한커뮤니케이션, 프레젠테이션및문제해결기술
- 분석적사고와우선순위기반의비즈니스주요지침에대한이해및학습적열정
- IT 인프라전문가/기술지원엔지니어로의성장을지향하는후보
- 3교대로테이션근무가능자(공휴일/주말포함)
