[About the role]

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented HR associate who has an experience or understanding of payroll and HR admin services.

The main role of this position is to manage monthly payroll and other HR admin tasks related to compensation and benefits, documentation, and providing HR service to employees. This role will provide you with an overall understanding and experience in general HR tasks, Korean and international outsourcing payroll, administrative HR&GA services, and concepts of global HR. 

This is a 6 month temporary job for covering maternity leave, and the contract period could be extended depending on the situation.


[Responsibilities]

  • Collaborate with payroll outsourcing services to manage Korean and global payroll procedures
  • Operate C&B(compensation and benefits) policies
  • Support recruiting process and other HR admin tasks, including but not limited to employment certificates, employee mandatory training, and employee data management
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and support companywide events
  • Assist Operations team tasks of 기업부설 연구소, asset and workplace management, and office fixed cost payments


[Qualifications]

Must

  • Fluent in English & Korean (written and verbal)
  • Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Plus

  • Understanding or 1 year of experience in the payroll tasks
  • Intermediate level in Chinese (written and verbal)

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
