POSITION This person is responsible for always upholding the highest service standards for the food and beverage to serve our guests and work closely with team members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations.  Key Responsibilities Demonstrate and promote Dior culture and standards, always positively representing the Company.Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant if required.Understand menu content, changes and any customer activitiesKeep your service area is clean and in compliance with all local and food safety guidelinesTakes leave of its customers by ensuring that the service went well and finally presents a new table for further serviceEnsures quality service running quickly and with skill repetitive movements of the service, in accordance with the rules but also, and above all, ensuring a quality relationship with the customer by being friendly and attentive to his demands PROFILE One year of experience in Food & Beverage or Service Industry including Hotel or luxury service experienceFriendly, positive and energic dispositionCommitted to delivering exceptional guest servicePositive and willing to participate on a team and work with a winning attitudeKnowledge of beverages and mixing of drinksPrevious food hygiene experienceGood team-work spirit
