** This position is a three-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Marketing
- Translate global PR releases and documents.
- Monitor and update press lists from various media sources.
- Coordinate the distribution of look books and monthly releases to the press.
- Facilitate scheduling for photo shoots between press and boutique.
- Contribute to the development of various events and promotions.
Boutique Operation Support
- Manage display tools, spare parts, and promotional materials, including GWP & giveaways.
- Assist in customer management activities for VIP customers.
- Coordinate monthly changes of boutique flowers and handle flower arrangements for boutique events.
- Organize the ordering and registration of spare parts and display materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holders or candidates in progress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in both Korean and English preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated and a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
