Our Partnership Management Team was created to look after all aspects of Lunit’s Global Partnership Network. The team manages the selection, contract negotiation and onboarding process for our Global partners and distribution network, though to ongoing support and cooperative activities. We coordinate communications between our partners and internal teams and align our business tasks and processes to facilitate Lunit’s rapid growth as a leader in medical artificial intelligence.

We are looking for an experienced Global Partnership Coordinator to join our Global Partnership Management team, assisting in managing our network of top tier global partners in the Medical Imaging AI market. Lunit’s solutions for CXR and Mammography are rapidly becoming a new standard in healthcare. Your role will enable our global partnerships, which are expected to deliver the majority of Lunit’s next stage of worldwide growth.

As our Global Partnership Coordinator, your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our partner requests and projects are delivered on time and produce desired results. You will be the essential link between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring a clear communication, structured organization of information, and the effective allocation of resources to facilitate the delivery of agreed features and quality, within the necessary timelines.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner relationships as part of Lunit’s Global Partnership Team
  • Become a key point of contact and the first line of support for all partner-related technical issues across the globe
  • Work to bridge the gap between internal and external (partner) stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Technical Product Management team to help partners integrate with, test and validate Lunit’s products
  • Identify partner requirements and issues, assign tasks to internal teams and monitor to ensure timely delivery, while communicating updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure the right balance is achieved between exceptional partner support and internal commitments and timelines
  • Align and manage internal stakeholders (Business Development, Technical Support, Regulatory, Technical Writing, and Engineering), to deliver timely information, new releases, and solutions for global partners’ requirements
  • Act as the voice of our partners and their customers during internal discussions, representing their interests and priorities
  • Source, create and manage internal information resources, documenting partner communications, feedback, meetings and requests. Ensure the critical information is organized and accessible through our internal partnership hub
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Facilitate requests for test licences for our partners


Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT or a technical field
  • Fluency in English and Korean language (spoken & written)
  • Overall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence
  • Utilize scheduling and management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Be comfortable discussing a diverse range of topics including technical, product management, marketing, regulatory and other issues
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate well with complex and diverse stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
  • Ability to work within a widely distributed global team
  • Comfort in working across varied time zones to facilitate global partners requirements

🏅 Preferred Experiences

  • Experience within a medical device or medical informatics manufacturer
  • 3+ years of project management or equivalent business experience. (PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus)
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Technical knowledge related to Software development
  • Demonstrable experience of solving regulatory and/or technical challenges in the global medical market
  • Experience with domestic and international licensing of medical SW products
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of learning and performing new tasks
  • Experience in managing or improving development processes and programs
