Direct Responsibilities - Arranging business trips. - Staff expense claims. - Inputting call reports - Printing & binding presentation materials for marketing, etc - Organising roadshows. - Filing, photocopying, booking meeting rooms & restaurants etc. - Liaise with other departments (HR, admin, IT, etc.) - Any other general administrative task when required. - Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework -Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities -Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Permanent Control Aspects -Learn and comply with and regulatory requirements of internal guidelines - Assist / support daily operations of the team
