YOUR MISSION

• You will have the opportunity to work in the different departments during 18 months, starting with retail sales/operations team
• Ensure individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers
• Analyze customer profiles, identify buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business
• Attend, participating in and demonstrating proficiency in all training programs, both Domestic and Global, and achieving required results within Store
• Co-ordinate with relevant team for supporting stores operations (Such as P&A, SCM, VM, P&O team)
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned

YOUR TALENT

• Expected Graduates and Graduates, Less than 1 year work experience (졸업예정자 혹은 졸업생, 1년 미만의 경력)
• Business English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and high energy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Duration : 18 months
