Let us describe the challenge we offer The Polestar Sales & EV Subsidy Support will be supporting commerce team with experience from sales administration area preferably within the car industry. Sales & EV Subsidy Support role is to support and ensure that all administrative tasks and process related to sales and subsidy application are completed in a timely manner. This role is a fix term of 6 months. What you'll do In this position you will be responsible for overall EV subsidy application and sales operations. Role includes the following areas. Further on you will: Monitor EV subsidy application process. Ensure active communication between Polestar and EV Subsidy Agency. Sales and Subsidy related documents management. Support commerce related customer care service. Organize and manage monthly automotive market studies. Any other admin related tasks. Who you are You are a team player with experience from the commerce and vehicle distribution field and with an understanding of end to end supply chain. You can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs. You’ll also have a true hands-on-attitude and you make things happen. Further on we believe you: Have a degree in Administration, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive field or related.
