What you’ll do: Work hand in hand with the Managing Director, supporting on all aspects of business operations Prepare ad-hoc business reports, leveraging online/offline data from different platforms Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis Support on the idea generation (through analysis), design & implementation of solutions/initiatives that improve customer experience & business processes Drive the documentation of new processes and/or initiatives to drive change in the organization, aligning across different stakeholders Who you are: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top tier university You have gained 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. top tier consulting, high growth startup, investment banking etc.) Your work is data-driven and you have supreme analytical skills You are proficient in Microsoft Office or Similar Google Tools (Sheets & Slides) You are self-sufficient and able to take full ownership of a project You enjoy diving deep into operational topics & structuring complex problems You are entrepreneurial at heart and have a “do-er” and hands-on mentality You are comfortable and enjoy working with multi disciplinary & cultural teams You have excellent communication skills You are passionate about F&B What we offer: Being part of a fast-growing start-up with hands
