The Position
As a Obesity Product Manager, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies to provide people living with Obesity a better treatment experience across the Patient Journey.
 
Key tasks include, but are not limited to: 

Design and execute the product marketing plan

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position amongst People living with Obesity
  • Work with the Obesity Marketing Manager to align product strategy with portfolio strategy for the affiliate
  • Design and execute the product marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the planning process
  • Propose the product marketing budget and manage it efficiently, ensuring effective spending investment to maximise return on investment for Novo Nordisk
  • Ensure that the new product launch plan is in place, and develop the brand campaign and materials

Communicate the marketing programme and implement branded campaigns including MCE(multi-channel engagement)

  • Communicate Obesity product promotions and plans to the sales force to ensure alignment with NN strategy.
  • Drive the implementation of product strategies and campaigns, monitoring sales progression and performance regularly.
  • Partner with MCE(multi-channel engagement) team for efficient/effective implementation 
  • Provide practical and motivational product and pre-launch training
  • Consult/collaborate with the medical department to align with strategies

Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders

  • Identify and develop contact with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Maintain and execute a regular visit plan with target customers in coordination with the Obesity team.
  • Coordinate with creative and event agencies to ensure success of promotional campaigns.
