Job Title : Retail Sales Intern (1년)

Job Level : Intern / Assistant

Swatch Group is an international group active in the design, manufacture, and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements, and components. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this position as a Retail Sales Intern, your responsibilities will include providing support to the Retail Sales team, managing various administrative tasks, and assisting with store operations and system management. Additionally, you will play a role in manpower management and contribute to the development of sales promotion strategies.

Reporting Line : Sales Manager of SWATCH

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sales management and store operations

1. Collaborate and support retail stores to achieve sales targets
2. Support in-store promotional activities related to new item or visual merchandising.
3. Respond to Store Managers’ inquiries regarding promotions and sales strategies

System Operations (SAP & ERP)

1. Maintain and operate counter POS systems
2. Prepare PO(purchase order) for brand affairs and confirmation in issuing tax invoice
3. Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees
4. Salary check and request to HR for part time staffs

Administrative Support for Swatch Team

1. Supporting to collect the data for making business reviews
2. Manage and monitor brand’s payments, store expenses, tax invoices, and office and store supplies

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2. Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Effective communication skills in English
