Blanpain is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and sales reporting
- Data entry of daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
- Data collection and reporting of competitor sales and activities
- Monthly inventory reporting
Store operation and administration support
- Follow up weekly shipment, stock allocation, transfer for boutiques
- Coordinate boutique display material and other operational necessities requested by boutiques inclusive of VIP gift ordering (flowers, birthday cake etc.) & delivery arrangement for special occasions
- Review monthly store expense/POS commission
- SAP and ERP order creation for Travel retailers
- Boutique staff uniform production coordination/distribution
CRM system management
- Monitor CRM system to check customer’s request on a daily basis
- Report store inquiries or improvements to HQ
Administrative support on C/S
- Coordinate the repair service requests between the boutiques and C/S admin
- Organize Stock quality maintenance
- Order CS equipment and parts for boutique
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of corporate experience regardless function (administrate or operation experience is a plus)
- English proficiency both verbally and written
- ERP operation experience preferred (in Duty Free industry)
- 4 year university degree equivalent
