Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts.
Search Operations 팀은 폭력, 동물 학대, 혐오 표현, 폭력적 극단주의, 착취, 아동학대 등의 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 모든 유저를 보호하기 위한 업무를 지원합니다. 또한 감사를 수행하고 오류를 식별하며 적시에 문제를 신속하게 해결하여 심사 업무의 우수성을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Responsibilities
– Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure key targets (e. g. productivity;efficiency;quality;latency) are met in moderation work of Search Recommendation
– Responsible for policy and guideline localization and clarification to ensure better understanding
– Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to make sure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target
– Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/policy/guideline and ensure the overall success of projects.
– Support policy training and go-live process within Search Recommendation team
– Performs other duties as assigned
– Quality Assurance 팀에서 주요 목표(예: 생산성, 효율성, 품질, 대기 시간)가 검색 Search Recommendation의 심사 업무에서 충족되는지 확인합니다.
– 정책과 가이드라인을 현지화하고 명확화하여 이해를 돕습니다.
– 프로젝트 목표 달성을 위한 품질 향상과 성과 개선을 위해 품질 검사와 어필 프로세스에서 요구되는 보정 회의를 실시합니다.
– 데이터 품질/SOP/정책/가이드라인에 대한 피드백을 제공하고 프로젝트의 전반적인 성공을 보장하기 위해 업무유관자 및 기타 이해관계자와 긴밀하게 협력합니다.
– Search Recommendation 팀 내에서 정책 교육과 go-live 프로세스를 지원합니다.
– 기타 관련 업무를 수행합니다.
Qualifications
– You will come with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
– Ability to speak and read both English and Korean fluently;
– Knowledge about Tiktok and search engine, familiar with social media platforms
– Deep understanding of local culture and familiarity with local users’ online habits
– Good communication skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn
– QA experience of moderation project, familiarity with RCA methodology is a plus
– Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
– Willing to work shifts, which might include weekends
