ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for supporting recruiters in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the HR recruitment function. You will also take charge of key projects and build real-work experience with recruiting.
If you’re driven, passionate and ambitious, this internship will let you achieve your potential. It’s a minimum 6-months fast-track program with unprecedented corporate exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals. We’re developing the next generation of leaders and will be with our interns every step of the way.
Reports To: Recruitment Team Lead
Geographic Scope: APMEA
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Provide administrative support to the team (coordinating with candidates, interview scheduling, social media engagement etc.)
- Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
- Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the recruitment team
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

- Ability to work well in a team and independently handle work results.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Undergraduate student majoring in any subject area with internship left as coursework.
- Proficient in English and Korean.
- Good handle of MS Office Suite.
- Willing to learn and has positive attitude with good communication.
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities.
