• E-bidding participation & Insurance
• Sales contracts support
• Notice Sales Rep to prepare BAFA document and review
• Send BAFA document to each factory
• Prepare documents for customer A/R payment – Approval of proxy stamp & other required documents
• Create prospect in CRM & request to extend sold-party in ERP
• Lead generation in CRM – Customer information received from CIC or Marketing
• Notice BAFA status and inform Sales Rep in case of a delay
• Tax Invoice Request for systems (Prepayment+outstanding payment)
• Prepare documents for customer payment – Insurance and seal

* BAFA : 독일연방경제수출통제국 / 관련문서는 독일본사와 internal company 거래 시 필요한 수출입관련 문서

지원자격

• Bachelors’ degree related to SCM and equivalents
• SAP and other ERP SME or equivalent user experience is preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English who can clearly communicate, verbally and in writing
• Works effectively as part of a team, with a strong ethic to support and help in order to achieve team objectives as well as individual role objectives
