서울로보틱스 · Junior People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the visa application & extension processes for our international members
  • Strong focus on accurate and completed documentation
  • Coordinating with the visa agency and our applicants to ensure a smooth and timely visa process
  • Knowledge of changes for visa regulations and updating our internal policy accordingly
  • Cooperating with our Employer of Record (EOR) services, including onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee records, and providing HR Admin support
  • Manage the Korean Substitute Military Service program, ensuring accurate documentation and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure company’s compliance with all regulations


Qualifications

  • Able to commit to a minimum of a 6-month internship
  • Excellent focus on  detailed and accurate documentation, process management, and data management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a positive working relationships with members and external stakeholders
  • Fluent communication skills and documentation in Korean and English
  • Flexibility to work in a upscaling start-up
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, HWP


Preferences

  • Familiarity with visa processes and regulations
  • Experience in General Business Administration and Operations
  • Experience in working in a Start-Up
