About the Role: We are looking for an Inside Sales associate to join our Technical Oriented Fabrics team (TOF) in Seoul, South Korea. In this role, you will provide inside sales support to TOF Korea customers in partnership with field sales, other account team members and manufacturing team members to meet customer needs and achieve desired business outcomes while delivering a positive customer experience.

This roll will be located at our facility in Seoul, South Korea.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide best in class customer interface and order management services to cross BU TOF Korea customers 
  • Provide effective & timely order management and order book control in compliance with global procedures and agreed service levels including certification requirements, delivery schedules, payment and export conditions as required
  • Support internal supply and demand planning activities; S&OP process, demand planning/gliding forecast, product review for converting model business as required
  • Coordinate inside sales activities with a prime focus on contract/tender management, labdips, price offers, quotations, sampling, provision of certificates / documentation, product development support, record information for audit requirements, complaint and inquiry management, etc., in compliance with our procedures and agreed service levels
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as shipment of information and advertising materials, organizational support for trade fairs, mailings etc.
  • Partner actively with account and business teams to meet customer needs and achieve positive business results
  • Attend customer meetings and industry events, virtually and in person, if required
  • Provide back up for other IS in time of vacation, medical absence etc.
  • Practice equitable and inclusive behaviors with other Associates to achieve outstanding results


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a commercial, technical-oriented and innovation-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ERP and CRM experience desirable
  • Acumen with systems and reporting tools: Solid analytical skills and ability to quickly achieve proficiency in systems and processes
  • Excellent command of English and Korean (written and verbal communication) 
  • Capable of working on a number of projects in parallel, across different business categories, teams and customers, excellent communication skills, excellent influencing skills and ability to integrate across businesses and functions
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
  • Proven ability to organize workflow, prioritize, and execute projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and support inclusion in your work environment
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
