In your new role you will:
- Secure Design-in/win for Embedded Security and Smart Card solutions by working with Sales/Marketing and Application teams in global
- Support customer technical issues throughout their system design and production period of time
- Work together with internal experts and application team to troubleshoot technical issue of the customer case
- Provide technical training to the customers
- Gather the customers technical feedback and share/discuss with regional and global teams

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in the related field with the Security System (Master’s degree preferred)
- Understanding on C language (or Java, Assembly, …) and Embedded programming (ARM, Intel)
- Knowledge on Embedded System, OS architecture, drivers and operation
- Debugging skills in software and system level
- Excellent problem-solving techniques
- Good communication skills for customer and internal team communications
- Fluent in English to communicate with global teams
- Self-motivative, Customer-oriented and Open-minded
- Experiences to use various equipment
