Main Responsibilities Support talent acquisition activities such as candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, candidate engagement/communication, and agency communication Work closely with global onboarding team and lead onboarding process for new hires Manage the expense and vendor contracts (contract management, PO creation, payment execution) Support BUHRs for ad-hoc HR projects [Requirements] Bachelor’s degrees or above High accountability and passion for making things happen and leading changes Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company.
