• Training Actual Expensive/Course
• Training records – SAP
• Other ad-hoc tasks

1. Record internal documents
2. Share with HQ about costs/planning
3. Make the QR code on MTLR (Made to Learn-Mobile Training app)
4. Provide support training program team as required

• Flash Report

1. Updates on Functions
2. Focus on CRM stories

• News Letter – CRM insight

1. CRM KPIs
2. Focused topic
3. WOW stories (if any)

• Made to Learn APPze: 14.01px;”>

1. Monthly MTLR Morning Briefing Journal
2. Translation of relevant pills
3. Support Regional/Global posts

• NPS(Net Promoter Score14.01px;”>- Mystery shopper report)

1. LP Eyes – Weekly automated report tool
2. Deep dive on detractor/follow up with HQ
3. Half year communication to stores for overview

• Translate the Training Materials

Profile

• BA degree or above
• Relevant experience preferred
• Keen interest in retail industry and fashion shall be plus
• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skill
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Keen on details
• English fluency
