What to Expect

You will play a key role by supporting administrative task that is beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market. We are looking for a team player with a passion for continuous improvement, a natural desire to learn, and a solutions-driven mindset.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage internal and external expense claims, purchase orders and related voucher for workplace (including HQ office) and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support Utility Management for 6 stores, 11 service locations
  • Provide other sales & HQ office related general administrative support as required;

          o     Pick-up and handling mails, postal matter and Fedex, Delivery (Quick service) etc

          o     Manage corporate chop and related legal documents on behalf of the Country Director
                 and under supervision of Legal

          o     Order and manage office supplies (stationery, hospitality tools, pantry, business card etc.)

          o     Manager HQ visitor access and parking

          o     Order and keep track of store uniforms


What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business level English and Fluent in Korean
  • Flexible & adaptable with the ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects and requests to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, interacting with all levels and partner with functions
  • Hands-on approach
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation
  • Desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented, creative thinker
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint
