HR Specialist : 9 months contractor (childcare leave back up)
Description:
To support hiring process, reporting and other HR related activities. To support business functions as business partner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering for assigned functions
- Manage hiring process and external agency, handling direct contract process
- Support performance management cycle
- Administer HC planning and reporting process : long term headcount planning, headcount reporting to regional office
- Administer HR system and HR process : annual leave promotion & system management, local HR system etc., monitoring process
- Support HR activities : internal health & culture, engagement programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of HR related field working experience in MNC
- English communication skills (verbal, written)
