한국바스프 · Business Assistant (1 year contract)

* Main Tasks:
– To support sales and marketing activities of EVP – Plastic Additives Business in Korea to achieve business target.
– Support handling tasks related to distributor management
– Help analysis of sales and the forecast for plastic additives customers in Korea.
– Consolidate data and information from sales and marketing and help setup local strategy and tactics through enhancing business opportunities
– Give hands for customer events, industry fair, seminar, industry news management.
– Help take care of customer complaint (NCM) and get the customer’s feedback via the company system (NPS)
– Aid to collect and analyze the data to enhance business opportunities.
– Provide the support to help sales-people capture and summarize market intelligence
– Sample arrangement
– Assist documentation for reporting or presentation
– Aid to find the solutions to business relevant issues like chemical regulations, logistic troubles etc.

* Education/Qualifications required:
– University graduate
– Sales, supply chain or chemical products related work experience preferred. But not mandatory.

* Competencies required:
– Good written & spoken English
– Good knowledge of the business processes
– Service excellence competencies
– Proficient in MS office
