Description:
The main purpose of the role is to provide marketing strategies, execute planned activities, collaborate with cross functional team and maximize business performance in order to enable Poultry business growth.
- Develops specific marketing plans for products or species
- Analyses data and makes strategic recommendations. Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize business plans
- Cooperates with other departments such as business budgeting, sales forecasting, and inventory management for sustainable poultry business
- Works with headquarters or regional teams to apply the same mission to the Korean market
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies and activities to achieve sales budget and profit plan of poultry business segment
- Monitor and directly supervise all marketing programs of assigned brand according to budget
- Establish pricing strategies, and monitors budget and expenditures. Ensures product positioning and development corresponds to market needs
- Coordinate with Technical Services, Sales team, and distributors to support them in product knowledge and marketing activities
- Conduct market research and analyze market condition and competitor information to determine market requirements for in-line and new products
- Closely contact and cooperate with Region and Global teams as well as other departments of BIAHK in order to implement corporate goals and to create synergy
- In participation with Supply Chain Management, establishes required safety stocks and customer service levels for product supply
- Works with the sales team to define individual customer support and pricing optimal to achievement of sales objectives
- Plans events and activities for promotional activities and develop materials such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Animal health or livestock related study or Veterinary medicine
- Knowledge and leadership skills in marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics
- Skills to influence and effectively work with cross-functional departments
- Good interpersonal and communication ability
- Written and oral communication skills in English
- Data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
