Based in Korea, reporting to Content Operations Manager, this Content Operations Intern role will be supporting the team on the execution of content lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage promotional assets and work with Marketing/Planning/Acquisition teams
- Upload assets to Google Drive to share with other teams
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Support the growth of contents on Viki including:
- Monitor new content released on Viki
- Download master assets and upload to the designated storage
- Input content metadata into the content management system
- Convert video into standardized format
- Adjust subtitles sync, convert and import
- Document work to track the content launched
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Content & Subtitle Operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a final year student
- Fluent in Korean. English is a plus
- Experience in video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with subtitling tools is a plus
