Responsibilities

*Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from data-driven perspective.
*Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify key trends of travel products; Test and monitor campaign performance and generate insights to discover new opportunities.
Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
*Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering the solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
*Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment.
*Support alternative business model advancement and the multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams.



Requirement

*Hold a bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or Business.
*Experience writing SQL queries.
*More than 3 years of relevant work experience involving data or business analysis.
*A growth mindset: data-driven, iterative optimization of acquisition, upsell and retention strategies.
*Excellent communication skills and work collaboratively across organizations.
*Results-driven, ambitious and able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
