Purpose of Position To operate elearning using LMS To support client service To maintain homepage update and do an emarketing To manage monthly revenue and costs for elearning To support training team in general Key responsibilities & accountabilities Operate elearning (60%) - Take a responsibility on managing elearning - Operate elearning using LMS - Communicate with customers, training delegates with regards general inquiry - Homepage/blog updates - Review of elearning pilot contents Administrative work (20%) - Deal with the tax Invoices using SAP and any purchase orders - Manage business monthly revenue and cost and report to relevant team - Call/E-mail activities to deal with sales leads coming from inter/external sources E-marketing (20%) - E-mail Direct Marketing (EDM)- Maintain Training homepage/blog update Candidate specifications Bachelor degree (university students) Preferred the user of MS OFFICE(Word,PPT,Excel), HTML Quick learner with positive attitude Good team player Cooperative person; can work with other teams and respond to them cooperatively English (mid-level) is preferred but not mandatory Our Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
