– Develop ‘Go To Market’ strategy and execution methods to achieve given sales KPI
– Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.
– Develop short term and long term strategy for constant sales.
– Establishes individual sales goals and ensure to achieve the goals
– Ensures sales activities should be treated in compliance with all national, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
– Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information. Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts.
– Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities in the market
– Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance.
– Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
– Works closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.
– Bachelor’s degrees (Undergraduate)
– Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
– Driver’s license preferred
– MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
– Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
– Good inter-personal relationship
– Proactive & positive & innovative mind
– Good communication & negotiation skill
– Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.
