Your Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help develop and implement competitive growth strategies for Saizen products.

For this role, you should understand the marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to manage the marketing activities of the relevant product.

You should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns.

• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Develop operating plan/marketing plans for Saizen for promotional campaigns in line with the marketing strategy
• Monitor and report on the positioning of the product in the market to all the areas to allow a suitable decision
• Ensure effective implementation of designed promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
• KOL group management
• Analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources
• Contribute to cross-functional work to facilitate the cohesive approach to the marketing and sales of Saizen products.
• Develop and manage promotional materials by coordinating with relevant departments/agencies
• Conduct the review process for commercial materials
• Support the execution of sales objectives and promotional programs
• Other tasks assigned by your superior.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree/pharmacy, biology-related science is preferred
• More than 6 months of experience in the pharmaceutical market (Intern / Contract experience included)
• Business English
• Solid computer skills, including Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Program management & marketing
• Negotiation & Influencing
• Financial skills
