Marketing Plan Development and Execution – supports the Marketing Manager in the strategic development and execution of annual Marketing plans including new product launches, advertising and stakeholder promotions, experiential, digital and social media plans, e-commerce and public relations. Works with internal and external partners to support in the development and execution of new solutions and channel strategies with advertising, press materials, website and digital updates and sales collateral that help support key marketing initiatives.
Business Analytics – participates in the measurement of annual Marketing plans through analysis of business performance, including monthly top line tracking. They will assist with monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating performance of marketing programs and provide recommendations to manager as required.
Global Relationship Management – establishes and maintains regular and frequent dialogue with USA and International marketing colleagues to leverage brand and project harmonization.
College/university degree in business administration, marketing, communications or equivalent experience in a sales/marketing and/or communications department
1-2 years marketing experience (industry experience where possible)
Excellent time management and analytical skills..
Brand Management knowledge.
Digital Marketing experience an asset.
Salesforce experience is an asset
