Drive forward Beam’s operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, and warehouse / supply chain management Set strategic direction for how to grow Beam’s operations in a healthy manner Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship Innovate constantly on existing processes and products Collaborate cross functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations Willingness to get hands dirty and be an execution machine! Requirements 2+ years of experience in multinational companies Strong analytical skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills­­ Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a bonus Experience in transport / logistics is not necessary, but willingness to learn is critical!
