[Responsibilities]
– Responsible for achieving production targets (including production schedule)
– Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
– Support operational risk and improve manufacturing process
– Support manufacturing process to ensure stable production
– Investigate a root cause of Quality Issue and set up effective CAPA plan
– Create and revise GMP documents (MBR, SOP, WI etc)
– Reflect improvements on MBR and SOP
– Monitor and handle materials to use and inventory levels
– Support development & establishment of the packaging process
– Support NPI (New product introduction) project
– Ensure effective transfer of new products into manufacturing process
– Review and approve standard operational and working practices
– Execute gap assessment against regulatory and global standards
– Support shop floor activities
– Support FDA PAI readiness and audit
[Requirements]
– Proficient in English communication skills
– Understanding of production process flow and equipment
– Knowledge of Quality & Compliance / regulatory requirements (GMP/EH&S/Regulations) / preferably, Track and Trace
– [Preferred] Experience in pharma packaging
– [Preferred] Experience in quality system (e.g. Document system, Quality records system)
– [Preferred] Experience in regulatory audit and internal audit
