Key Responsibilities

  1. Support enquiries for Employment Terms and Conditions (and country specific provisions)
  2. Point Mgrs./EE’s to information on enquiry of HR Programs/Policies/Processes/Systems
  3. Provide admin support on EE Separations
  4. Admin role in ER documentation
  5. Admin support for Mobility requirements
  6. Admin support for Staffing needs
  7. Provide information to Mgrs./Employees  with enquiry on resources avail for development needs
  8. Admin support on Payroll tasks
  9. Admin support enquiries on Rewards programs


Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

Business Expertise

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

Leadership

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution

Problem Solving

  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
