What you can expect

Main responsibilities in this role would cover functions related to trade processing, desk support, client communication and multiple tasks in settlement risk and control within BofA across Korea products, particularly cash equities and bonds. Candidate must be on hand to offer premium client service and deal with all queries of Korea equity trade processing/settlement and manage the relationships with internal BofA partners and external counterparties such client’s custodian banks. Preferred to have up to date market/settlement knowledge and understanding of local securities system (i.e. eSAFE, Powerbase, KOSMOS). Directly interacting with internal and external clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all operational issues.


What you will do

•         Resolution and escalation of Korea daily settlements
•         Timely response to internal/external client queries regarding trade allocation/ settlement.
•         Manage local system on timely basis to perform trades match, clearly communicating with client’s local custodian.
•         Proactively follow up client to avoid Buy in/regulatory impact.
•         Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of settlement.
•         Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
•         Breaks investigation and resolution.
