Our Brand Managers need to work regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably. Your team

You will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand’s success. You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren’t afraid to take smart risks and innovate.


Responsibilities of the role

We need someone who can:

  • Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
  • Lead a mix of Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.
  • Derive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.
  • Advance in roles with increased responsibilities as you move forward in career.
  • Be fearless to take smart risks and innovate.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major by February 2023 (2023년 2월 졸업예정자 및 기졸업자 (2023년 1월 입사 가능한 자))
  • Less than two years of experience in Brand Management
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Able to travel abroad
  • Completed or exempted from military service
  • Legally eligible to work in Korea
