What to Expect The Sales Intern will support the Growth team in South Korea, which is focused on driving sales and delivering growth through strategic initiatives, best practices, standardization and optimization. You will play a key role by supporting sales-related administrative task that is beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market. We are looking for a team player with a passion for continuous improvement, a natural desire to learn, and a solutions-driven mindset What You’ll Do Support and coordinate the execution of internal sales and delivery related operations and ad-hoc tasks  Support and coordinate sales and delivery organization and key internal/external stakeholders across the business, including; managing the schedule and project scope  Support Sales Analytics Manager as a market research assistant (e.g. data consolidation and monitoring market trend)  Manage internal and external expense claims, purchase orders and related vouchers for HQ office and Sales team  Provide executive support to Country Director  Provide other sales & HQ office-related general administrative support as required:- Pick-up and handling mails, postal matter and FedEx, Delivery (Quick service), etc- Manage corporate chop and related legal documents on behalf of the Country Director and under supervision of Legal- Order and manage office supplies (stationery, hospitality tools, pantry, mails, etc) What You’ll Bring Team player with strong analytical skills, an affinity for customer data and a self-starter mentality  Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills  Fluent in English and Korean  Flexible & adaptable with the ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects and requests to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail  Ability to work cross-functionally, interacting with all levels and partner with functions inside and outside the Sales Ops organization  Hands-on approach  Passion for Tesla's mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation  Desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented, creative thinker  Experience with MS Office applications, including knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
