Position Overview

As an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer specializing in delivering classroom and virtual learning experiences you will join the Adobe Digital Media GTM & Sales, Global Sales Enablement Team reporting directly to the Principle Program Manager. The charter of this team is to deliver best in class learning experiences to address the needs of our globally located sales professionals to upsell, cross-sell and convert Digital Media customers to purchase Adobe products and services as well as drive renewals.

This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They demonstrate strong communication, analytical and relationship building skills that will be used to engage key stakeholders and address organizational sales initiatives that deliver comprehensive sales enablement, across route to market, worldwide. 


Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate training plan deliverables and communicating out sales training event results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Korea leadership and sales team to ensure alignment across regional business needs
  • Interface with cross-functional teams contributing to or affected by the project or program
  • Design and develop creative training materials using adult learning principles
  • Contribute to content development modules such as trainer and facilitator guides
  • Develop and manage translation of content for Korea
  • Deliver training across multiple modalities including webinars, in-person classroom, and a blended learning approach to all internal Adobe Digital Media sales employees and resellers including new hire learner and seasoned sellers
  • Coordinate training events related to activities in region in alignment with the training strategy
  • Support and assist the Manager in communicating out program/project status for sales training events
  • Assist with evaluations of training programs, and make training recommendations to management
  • Stay up to date on all of Adobe’s core products, programs and Sales Systems and Tools to provide a robust learning experience
  • Work in collaboration and partnership with other team members
  • Collect data through training needs analysis, call monitoring, learner quizzes and skill set evaluation
  • Analyze data to identifying skill set gaps and additional training needs
  • Maintain records of assessments and participation across all training modalities
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer inclusive of annual summit, launches and recurring trainer refreshers


Minimum Qualifications
 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Korean (multilingual)
  • Must be located in Korea
  • 2-3 years experience delivering in-person/remote training
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical content
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Adaptable to changing environments
  • Must be open to travelling internationally 1-2 times (at most) per quarter to deliver training


Desirable

  • BA/BS in Training & Development adult learning programs or related discipline
  • Experience working with IT vendor sales people, IT distributors, IT resellers and/or IT based roles within any organisation
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and/or Creative Cloud Products
  • History delivering sales enablement for other IT vendors
  • Previous experience with Adobe Captivate to create Software Simulations
  • Having a Sales role at some point during your career to date (or other sales related experience)
